Looking for a good night's sleep? Maybe you should try a body pillow. Different from regular every day pillows that people sleep with, body pillows are much larger in length and tend to cover the area of the entire body. Standard pillows are between 40cmX40cm and 90cmX90cm while the full body pillow is around 40cmX140cm.

Basically there are two kinds of cases, cloth or silk. Silk is much more comfortable, but again, more expensive. Another kind of case is a sham, which is a case where one of the sides is open on the end, and the pillow goes through that way as an entry point. All cases should be put in the laundry regularly.

There are many places where you can find these types of bedroom furniture.  Go to your local mall in the bedding and linens section and ask someone to help you from customer service.  Some of these stores include Pier 1 Imports, Macy's, or even Bed, Bath, & Beyond.  

Another option is to shop online.  One way I've been able to find pretty good prices on Body Pillows is shopping on Google Products or Amazon.  Just type in Body Pillow and some of the brands mentioned above will show up.  From there you can see if you can find a good deal because different sites are always having sales.  

A body pillow is much like a neck pillow or donut pillow when it comes to functionality.  Body pillows are used very frequently for pregnant mothers or people who sleep on their side consistently.
